An Anderson woman has been arrested on a preliminary charge of neglect of her 94-year-old mother. Officials say the 94-year-old woman had multiple bed sores and was covered in fecal matter. The Madison County Prosecutor’s office is reviewing a probable cause affidavit and is expected to file formal charges this week.
