Authorities say her 29-month-old twins were so malnourished that they were the size of a 7-month-old. 33-year-old Kim R. Robinson, of Anderson, has entered an agreement to plead guilty to four counts of child neglect. Sentencing is set for April 11 in Madison County Circuit Court 4. The toddlers’ father, Stephen Auker, is serving 20 years for his part in the crime. He is at the Miami Correctional Facility, and his earliest possible release is in 2030.
