A Tennessee truck-driver has been arrested in Madison County after being pulled over by an Indiana State Trooper. It happened on I-69 around the 224 mile marker when the driver was stopped for doing 83 in a 65. A K9 helped police find methamphetamine and paraphernalia. The driver arrested for possession.
