A trial date has been set for the man accused in the death of his five-month-old son. 23-year-old Cory Wallace appeared in Delaware Circuit Court today and his trial date was set for June 6th. The man allegedly admitted he dropped his son on hardwood floor and failed to get medical attention. The baby died from head injuries, and police say Wallace set fires in the baby’s room to hide the cause of death. Wallace remains in jail without bond.
