A New Castle man who fatally stabbed his wife in 2007 has been arrested after he allegedly struck a nurse in the emergency room at Henry County Hospital. 61-year-old Charles J. Bise is also accused of threatening to kill a New Castle police officer while at the hospital. He was taken into custody Wednesday and charged with intimidation, battery and disorderly conduct.
