Man convicted in Fort Wayne from Indy house explosion

In Fort Wayne, Bob Leonard, Jr. was convicted on 51 counts of arson, insurance fraud and two deaths in a Richmond Hill explosion. Prosecutors say Leonard and several others conspired to blow up Monserrate Shirley’s home and collect $300,000 insurance money. The explosion caused by natural gas leveled the home, damaged 80 others and killed two next door neighbors. The jury took four hours to convict.
