Juan Hernandez verdict in

A jury convicted Juan Hernandez in the stabbing death of Mark Hittson, but he was found guilty of voluntary manslaughter, not murder. The verdict coming in just before noon today after 7 hours of deliberation. The verdict indicates the jury did not believe the killing was premeditated. Sentencing is March 15th. Hernandez faces a max of 30 years. He was convicted of killing the husband of a married woman he’d had an affair with in January of 2015.
