Governor Pence has directed flags at state facilities to be flown at half-staff in remembrance of Supreme Court Justice Antonin Scalia. The 79-year-old passed away Saturday due to natural causes. Flags are to be flown at half-staff until sunset on the day Scalia is laid to rest.
