Felon Leads Cops On Chase

A New Castle felon was arrested Thursday after leading police on a vehicle chase. The Star Press reports that a state trooper spotted a car driving erratically on Ind. 3 in New Castle. He tried to make a traffic stop, but the driver fled, leading cops on a chase through yards and farm fields. The driver eventually stopped the car and took off on foot, only to be found by a K9 officer a short time later. 25-year-old Seth A. Waters, of New Castle, sits in the Henry County Jail on a slew of charges.
