The man who died after he fell through ice while fishing on a small lake is identified as 70-year-old Dorsel Goings. The man from Summitville had been fishing at the lake near the Muncie Bypass near the Indiana 67-North exit for several days last week. Rescue divers found the man’s body Friday evening almost immediately after diving in. They tried to recuscitate the elderly man in the ambulance and at the hospital, where he was pronounced dead.
