A $500 million global brain health center will be the anchor of a new land development plan on the grounds near the former Indianapolis International Airport terminal site. The Indianapolis Airport Authority says Athletes Business Network will build a sports/mixed-use campus and brain health center that it says could ultimately create more than 3,000 jobs.
