Its 22 years in prison for a Muncie man. 57-year-old Darryl Hughes was sentenced Tuesday in Indianapolis for sexually exploiting teenage boys. He worked as a special services counselor for New Castle schools and Henry County Community Corrections. In the plea deal he signed with prosecutors, he agreed to give each of his three victims $10,000.
