A traffic stop for speeding has led to the arrest of a Muncie man. 29-year-old Johntrell Vance was charged after being pulled over by an Indiana State Trooper. Vance is charged with driving while impaired, possession of marijuana and endangerment as he had two girls under the age of 18 in the car with him at the time.
