Its three years in prison for a former Liberty Christian School science teacher. 61-year-old Patrick Kevin Porter was sentenced Monday after pleading guilty in December to a Level 5 felony charge of child solicitation. During the sentencing hearing in Madison Circuit Court Division 6, Porter said he has no good excuse for the sexually explicit text messages he sent to the victim in the case.
