Randolph Co. sued over rescue truck crash

A father and son seriously hurt when their vehicle was hit by a Randolph County rescue truck are suing White River Township and its fire department. The victims, Andrew Bryner and son Larry were hit in December 2013 after Bryner stopped at the scene of a traffic accident and was rear ended by a responding rescue vehicle. The lawsuit claims severe and permanent injuries, medical bills and the loss of the vehicle, totalling more than $21,000.
