Police: Woman stole police SUV, led them on high speed chase

A 21-year-old woman accused of leading police on a high speed chase and the subject of an overnight manhunt remains in Henry County jail. Tori Hostetler of Monrovia was a passenger in a stolen car that was pulled over near Pendleton and handcuffed. She was allegedly able to slip off the handcuffs and steal the police SUV, leaving law enforcement on a 100 mile an hour chase from Pendleton into Henry County. The woman apparently jumped from the moving vehicle before it crashed and rolled, and she ran from the scene. They searched overnight because of the frigid temperatures out of concern for her safety. She was found nearby.
