The man who sold Muncie police fake heroin remains in jail. John Swafford, Jr. reportedly told the Sheriff’s department that he ‘sells drugs only when he needs the money” and admitted the heroin was “possibly fake.” He’s charged with a Level 5 felony dealing in a lookalike substance, which could land him in prison for six years.
