Bracken Pushes For “Muncie Central Park”

Saying Muncie “doesn’t make a good first impression,” community leader Tom Bracken has outlined a plan to create a park in Downtown Muncie to draw people to the area. That plan, which would cost $47 million, calls for a 10 acre Muncie Central Park – a four-block greenspace between East Main, East Jackson, and South Vine to Jefferson & Mulberry.
