Anderson Council To Hear Latest On CATS Site

The newly elected Anderson City Council will meet in executive session tonight to get information on possible sites and cost for a new bus terminal. The Herald Bulletin reports that the executive session is set for 6 p.m. where members hope to learn more in respect to purchase/lease of real property by the governing body. Mayor Thomas Broderick Jr. says he wants to finalize a site for the location of a new ‘City of Anderson Transit System’ by February.
