A New Castle woman who took off from police had a reason, specifically, $12,000 worth of meth in her purse. Police say 39 year old Jessica Borun of the the 4500 block of West Henry County Road 100-N, was charged with dealing drugs and with having a syringe and fleeing police. She had taken off from police Wednesday night as they checked out a report of two people arguing in the middle of 18th Street.
