An attack on an inmate leads to charges for three officers at the Pendleton Correctional Facility. Zachary Graham and Matthew Franklin are accused of beating David Perry February 24 after he spit on a staff member. Franklin, Graham, and a third officer, Jonathan Reed, are also accused of trying to cover up the attack by falsifying state paperwork and lying to investigators.
