The Community Foundation of Muncie and Delaware County is awarding teachers whose lesson plans include science, arts and literature a Robert P. Bell Education Grant. Awards of up to $450 are available through the program for creative or innovative ideas or programs designed to stimulate learning in students. The next deadline for Bell Grant applications is April 1.
