A 32 year old woman is charged in a major check fraud case. Muncie Police say Kiska Kronewetter was cuffed after a six-month long investigation. She was a challenge to find, investigators have been trying to track her down since June. That scheme involved withdrawing cash from the accounts of local individuals and businesses using fake checks.
