A Muncie man driving through Madison County was pulled over for speeding. That’s when the Indiana State Trooper got a whiff of marijuana coming from his vehicle. 20-year-old Nicholas Arland is charged with possession and dealing after the trooper discovered nearly 10 ounces of pot.
