What were once institutions of learning for children in Muncie will be reduced to rubble. Storer, Sutton and Mitchell elementary schools willbe torn down and the property they’re on turned over to the city for possible redevelopment. Also, a portion of the land at the former Wilson Middle School site was discussed for redevelopment at a meeting this week.
