He’s expected to be charged with murder later today. 32-year-old Agapito Diaz III will be charged in the slaying of Jalynn N. Harmon. The Muncie woman was mortally wounded last Monday evening in a shootout at Diaz’s house on Pass Street, southeast of Old Ind. 67 and Madison County Road 400-E.
