A BSU student faces drunk driving charges after police say his vehicle hit a child in a campus parking lot Saturday evening. Police say 22 year old Jaylon Miskel struck the girl in an overflow lot on the west side of Tillotson Avenue. The girl suffered a skull fracture and is listed in fair condition at IU Health Ball Memorial Hospital.
