Authorities allege a Muncie man used a shoe store he purportedly co-owns in Castleton Square Mall as a front for his drug-dealing business. 33-year-old Danny Terry II has been charged with 14 drug-related crimes. Others arrested in that probe included former Delaware County sheriff’s deputy Jerry Parks, who is Terry’s uncle, and is accused of supporting his nephew’s drug operations.
