A 19-year-old Muncie woman has pleaded not guilty to all charges connected with the shooting of a man she was with one week ago. Sierra Swoveland is charged with attempted murder, armed robbery, and carrying a handgun without a license. She is accused of shooting 29-year-old Timothy Lampkins of Marion in an incident just north of Alexandria that closed a state highway and placed local schools under a delay.
