State Police are investigating the death of an inmate from the Huntington County Jail. 19-year-old Dakota Pratt was found on the floor of his cell, struggling to breathe. He was taken to a Fort Wayne hospital, where he later died. The cause of his death has not been determined, but police don’t suspect foul play.
