He’s been formally charged with murder. 19-year-old Jaylin Ammon is accused of plunging a knife into the neck of 27-year-old Steven Cook at a West Seventh Street apartment in Muncie one week ago. Ammon is being held without bond in the Delaware County jail. An initial hearing is set Aug. 23 in Delaware Circuit Court 1.
