A Muncie man who was 16 when he robbed two convenience store clerks at gunpoint has been sentenced to time served in the Delaware County jail. Christopher James Lee Smith, now 18, was accused of using a handgun to rob the Village Pantry on West Jackson Street and the Hoosier Pete on South Hoyt Avenue.
