A vote to start debate on the GOP Senate Healthcare Bill has moved through thanks to a tie-breaking vote from Vice President Mike Pence. The tie-breaker came after two Republican defections and all 48 Democrats voting in the negative including Indiana Democrat Joe Donnelly. Republican Todd Young voted yes for debate. Young is not saying if he supports the bill, mostly because he does not know which version of it will be brought to the Senate floor.
