A man was shot Sunday morning in a home northwest of the city. Delaware County Sheriff Ray Dudley says the victim, believed to be in his 20s, was last listed in critical condition with a head wound at IU Health Ball Memorial Hospital. The shooter and the victim are believed to be acquaintances.
