He is accused of robbing his mother at knifepoint. 41-year-old David Reed Shoemaker has been charged with armed robbery. The Muncie man now faces up to 16 years in prison after entering his mother’s home and demanded her bank card. Shoemaker is being held on a 45-thousand dollar bond and is set to appear in court Monday.
