The scene of a semi-truck crash from last week on I-69 near Muncie is where PETA is putting up a billboard in tribute to the cows that were killed in the wreck, or that were shot afterward. The People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals said in a news release the billboard will encourage people to “go vegan”.
