They were passed out in a Wal-Mart parking lot. Three Muncie residents are facing drug charges after passing out in a car at the southside Muncie store. Jalynn Nickole Harman, William Eugene Murray, and Matthew Jay Waller are each charged with dealing in methamphetamine. Police found 40 grams of meth in the car.
