A Muncie man charged in a shooting spree has struck a deal with prosecutors. 22-year-old Tryvone Perette Bennett has pleaded guilty to aggravated battery and is now facing a maximum six-year prison term. Bennett’s actions resulted in the wounding of a 7-year-old boy in 2015.
