When a driver stopped for speeding failed to comply and sped off from a traffic stop, he and his passenger ended up in jail on felony charges Tuesday. An Indiana State trooper clocked a pickup truck going 86 in a 70 along I69 near the Daleville exit. The driver stopped, but then sped off. The driver eventually stopped again but instead of receiving a ticket for speeding, he was taken to jail for felony Resisting and Obstruction of Justice.
