Two people have been arrested – with others to follow – after a drug deal goes awry. Adam E. Layne, a 31-year-old homeless Anderson man, and 27-year-old Jacquelyn Smith were being held at the Madison County Jail on a host of charges ranging from confinement and intimidation to robbery and dealing.
