A Muncie woman has been arrested after leading police on a brief car chase. 27-year-old Blair Elizabeth Brown was behind the wheel. She has been charged with resisting arrest. Her passenger, 42-year-old Delena Marie Wright, is charged with dealing after police found two bags in her possession containing what was later determined to be 5.8 grams of crystal meth.
