Pendleton Attorney Up For Supreme Court Seat

A Pendleton attorney has been named one of 11 finalists for a vacant Indiana Supreme Court seat. Bryce D. Owens, a sole practitioner, has been in the same office since 1986. The Judicial Nominating Commission will interview finalists in April before publicly voting on three candidates to recommend to Gov. Eric Holcomb – who will then have 60 days to make a pick.
