She’s accused of driving while under the influence with kids in her car. Police say 48-year-old Deidre Strong was pulled over at 5th and Blaine Street after her car went left-of-center. Testing showed the Muncie woman had a blood alcohol content more than 1½ times the legal limit. Strong was arrested. Her two minor passengers, both under the age of ten, were released to Delaware County Child Services.
