Vice president and former Indiana governor Mike Pence was in Munich, Germany over the weekend for his first major foreign policy address. He said the US will be the world’s greatest ally going forward and would hold Russia accountable in spite of any ongoing concerns. The address was part of the annual Munich Security Conference.
