It may be the voice of the man who killed two northern Indiana teens. Indiana State Police Superintendent Doug Carter in a press conference Wednesday released the clip and says the widely-circulated picture of the man they are looking for was taken from Libby’s phone, and they say they have more evidence from her phone that they are still withholding for now. A $40,000 reward is being offered for information leading to the killer of Abigail Williams and Liberty German.
