Sexual misconduct with a minor charges face the pastor of a Yorktown church. Police say 53 year old Terry Dobbs, pastor of Old Fashion United Baptist Church is accused of having sexual relations with a 15 year old. The church is located at 9211 W. Arch St Dobbs is behind bars in lieu of $35,000 bail. Police say Dobbs was the girl’s minister.
