A chain of events led to the closing of Indiana 28/67 south of Albany Wednesday. It all started when an SUV was rear-ended; then another vehicle hit the SUV and two others went off the road to avoid the crash. Emergency crews reported three minor injuries and one serious leg injury in the incident that occurred near Muncie Dragway.
