One person is dead after a car/bicycle crash Wednesday. Witnesses say the collision occurred on Jackson Street near Delaware County Road 725-West when the driver of the car struck the bicyclist from behind. The name of the deceased male is 68-year-old Timothy Michael Kelley of Muncie. The name of the driver of the car that hit him has not been released.
