Storms that rolled through the midwest brought enormous amounts of lightning and at least one tornado. Power outages reported by customers of Indiana Michigan Power were scattered across the area and restored quickly. The weather that passed through Delaware County built up to form a tornado southeast of Dayton and caused damage in Clinton County, Ohio overnight.
