Muncie native and Indianapolis broadcaster Wil Hampton has dropped out of the race for the Noblesville City Council District Four race.  The campaign for incumbent Kathie Stretch contacted the stations that employ him and cited Federal Communications Commission regulations about equal air time for all candidates.
